I want to leave all the space for you to fully enjoy your day. I document moments as they unfold, the little but beautiful things that happen in between all the big stuff. Getting to know you and your partner is an important step in my process. I don’t just want to know what you do for work or talk about the weather. I want to dig in to what lights you up, what your weird interests are and what makes you, you. My goal is to make honest photos rooted in emotion.
I am one person, not a wedding photo machine, which is why I take on a limited number of weddings per year to ensure that I am giving the people I do have my full attention and care.

Every couple’s needs are different. Some want a completely hands off approach while others appreciate some gentle guidance during photos. Most of the time though, I am a healthy mix of both. My goal is always to not interfere with naturally occurring moments or the overall flow of your day.

There is nothing quite like it. the grit, the grain, the color shifts, the sometimes unpredictable nature of the outcome. No matter how hard we try to emulate it’s essence digitally, it’s just not the same. Film has soul, is truly timeless and reminiscent of flipping through an old family album. This add on will be 8 rolls of film (35 & 120) shot throughout your day, in addition to digital.

there is nothing like holding a physical print. in a world addicted to screens, looking at pictures on a backlit phone or computer, holding a tangible photograph is damn near sacred.

Locations within a 50 mile radius of Westerly, RI are included! Anything beyond that is subject to a mileage fee.

transportation to and from the island are covered by the client. If wedding timeline ends after the last boat/ plane leave the island for the day, the client is responsible for providing lodging for the evening

If you value real life over staged poses, the feeling of a moment over a technically perfect photo. getting into the weeds with what is really important to you to have photos of on the day -not just because you saw it on a pinterest board- then I think we will get along just fine.
are we a good fit?
The photos are delivered to you via email in an online gallery that never expires. Within 48 hours after your wedding, you will receive a preview of favorites from every part of the day. The full, final gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks. Contact me for a full guide on the best way to download, backup and archive your wedding gallery for safe keeping. Prints and albums are also available at your request for an additional charge, please contact me for more details and a custom quote.
how are the photos delivered?
There is no definitive answer to this, but rest assured, I will not leave anything out! I go through an extensive culling process where I select each photo for your final gallery. I will never omit anything important, I promise.

We will plan a phone call to get to know each other and dive a little deeper into your vision, who you are and what is most important to you. Here will will chat about what package + add on options you’d like

if you decide we are a good fit & choose to move forward, I will send you everything needed to officially book your date which is a 50% deposit & signed contract.

Whether you are working with a planner or not, I am here to help with the planning/timeline as much as you need. Even a rough outline is a great jumping off point and we can go from there.

Whenever you’re ready, we will schedule your engagement session! This is a great way for us to get to know one another and take some photos without all the pressure of your wedding day! Complimentary with all weddings 4 hours & up!
